Eleven Madison Park opens restaurant in London

Dining at Eleven Madison Park is high on many people’s bucket lists. According to the World’s 50 Best Restaurants, the New York restaurant is the fourth-best restaurant in the world and even ranked number one last year. Crossing that exclusive dinner off your bucket list is about to become a little easier: they’re opening a second location in London.

Scoring a reservation at the restaurant in New York is anything but easy, and you’ll also pay top dollar for dinner. On top of that, there are the costs of a trip to New York. It’s understandable that dinner at Eleven Madison Park remains just a dream for many. From this summer, it will be made a lot easier, and all you’ll need to do is book a ticket to London.
Davies and Brook
Chef Daniel Humm and restaurateur Will Guidara, the celebrated duo behind the famous restaurant, are opening their second restaurant this summer in the Claridge’s hotel. Not Eleven Madison Park number two, but Davies and Brook, named after the two streets where the iconic hotel is located.
Full circle
For Daniel, it is very special to set foot in the European hospitality industry again after so many years in America. When he was 15 years old, he had already worked at Claridge’s, so for him the circle is now truly complete. It is not yet known exactly what will be on the menu. The duo has said, however, that they want to create a restaurant that is part of the hotel while also honoring the city.
If the food is even remotely similar to Eleven Madison Park’s eleven-course menu, we want a table as soon as possible.
