This Bar Has the Largest Gin Selection in the World

Just booked your ticket to Singapore? Good news: at Bar Atlas, you can choose from more than 1,200 types of gin. They have the world’s largest gin selection. Who says gin and tonics are passé?

The bar is located in one of Singapore’s most iconic Art Nouveau buildings: Parkview Square. The drinks menu is more like a book: you can choose your drink from more than eighty pages.
Gin from Around the World
The gins they serve come from all over the world: England and Australia, as well as Sri Lanka, Argentina and Moldova. The oldest gin they serve comes from our own little frog country: Wynand Fockink Genever, dating from 1900. The most expensive glass of gin (Bell Sec Dry Gin from London) costs $139.
Rare Whisky
In addition to the 1,200 types of gin, they also serve a large collection of Scotch whisky, brandy, rum, tequila, absinthe and wine. They even have the rare Karuizawa whisky, whose distillery has been closed since 2001, meaning the drink is no longer produced. This whisky is the rarest whisky in the world, and you can drink it there for $203 to $333 per glass.
