You wouldn’t serve a heavy red wine with tuna tartare, or sauvignon blanc with a hearty cut of meat, but what are the rules when it comes to pairing beer with your food? With the Beer Butler App, you’ll never have to think about it again!
The app tells you exactly which beer to drink with which dish. As soon as you open the app, you’re in a chat with beer sommelier Arvid Bergström, who answers your pressing questions about beer pairings. Are you having beef stew, mushroom ragout or a tasty fish dish tonight? Arvid will tell you which beer goes best with it.
Which style?
For each dish, he gives a suggestion, but you can always ask for alternatives too. Do you have a strong preference for a particular beer style? You can simply specify that as well. From ‘fresh and fruity’ to ‘intense and challenging’, Arvid has a delicious bottle in mind for you in every category. It works the other way around too: have you picked up or been given a particular type of beer? Arvid will tell you which dish would be best to cook with it.
