How to make silky hot chocolate
With a blanket on the sofa, a film on TV and a big cup of hot chocolate in your hand. It doesn’t get more cliché than that, but we don’t care. Hot chocolate is the best, and this is how you make it yourself at home.

Besides the chocolate and milk you probably expect in the recipe, it also contains cornstarch. This makes the end result a little thicker and wonderfully silky: the ultimate hot chocolate.
