Recovery beer, anyone?

That moment when you struggle to get up after a night full of music, but also drinks. Your head hurts, you feel a little nauseous and above all, incredibly thirsty. What do you do?

Everyone knows some kind of ‘miracle cure’. You can have a greasy breakfast, or tomato juice with a raw egg. But – even though we know it’s actually not good for us – there seems to be only one thing that really helps: getting straight back on the booze.
Not that we’re going to promote immediately drinking yourself silly again. On the contrary. Your body, and especially your liver, really needs some time to seriously recover from the fluid loss caused by the alcohol. So drink plenty of water.
Recovery beer: the morning beer that gets you back on your feet after a night of partying
But alongside that, one (1!) simple beer works wonders – or so we’ve heard. Not only is the first freshly tapped beer of the day also the tastiest, it makes your hangover disappear. And you’re refreshed and ready for another day and night of partying.
The phenomenon is widely known. But as far as we know, only beer-loving Germany has an official name for it: Reparaturbier. Repair beer, or – as we learned through Facebook – #recoverybeer. Just one.
