Basically is part of our all time fave Bon Appetit, an American food magazine. The editors started the site because they want to get you cooking. Their slogan is: you love to eat, now learn to cook.

Many people say they would love to cook, but that they don’t have the time or the kitchen gadgets. Basically shows that it doesn’t have to be all that difficult.

Step by step

The recipes are written out so they’re super easy to follow. Including videos and step-by-step photos, so literally nothing can go wrong. Making falafel yourself is difficult? No way. And that crunchy chicken is on the table in no time, too.
