All you have to do is use two types of sugar. Granulated sugar creates a crispy top, while brown sugar gives you that fudgy center. Hello, perfect brownie!
Normally, I wouldn’t quickly recommend putting your own spin on a baking recipe, but try it in your favorite brownie recipe. Replace half of the granulated sugar with brown sugar, and the most divine brownies of your life will be a reality. I’ve tried it with many a recipe, and so far, it has always been a success.
