In the restaurant of the recently opened QO Hotel, cooking is taken to the highest level using produce from its own greenhouse. And no, these aren’t just pretty words added to the menu for show. The greenhouse is on-site and you can simply take a look at it. You absolutely have to order the caprese here; it’s not like the one you’re used to. It is presented as a whole tomato, with the mozzarella hidden inside. The whole dish is surrounded by basil oil. Absolutely delicious!
