This is where you need to go if you have an Easter hangover. On Sunday 16 April, you can brunch here between 1 p.m. and 4 p.m. to your heart’s content and drink unlimited mimosas for two hours for €35. The staff promise to speak softly at the table if you tell them you have a pounding headache.

RIJKS®

Traditionally, lamb is eaten at Easter. Goat meat is often exported because we Dutch people don’t want to eat it. What a shame. The chef at RIJKS®, Joris Bijdendijk, wants to change that and is serving goat kid at Easter. The Goat-Kid Dinner takes place on Sunday evening, the 16th.

Bridges

At the restaurant at Hotel The Grant, you can brunch with the whole family on both Easter Sunday and Easter Monday. You can eat and drink in complete luxury while your children cuddle goats and rabbits. Everyone’s happy. There will also be live jazz music. Brunch costs €64 per person (€32 for children).

DopHert

From 11 a.m., DopHert serves a vegan Easter brunch on Easter Sunday. Brunch costs €24.50 per person, including coffee and juice. They’re putting together a huge buffet packed with vegan comfort food. Think club sandwiches with smoked tempeh and scrambled tofu. DopHert isn’t necessarily known for healthy food, so there will also be lots of cakes (with sugar), cinnamon buns and Easter bread.

John Dory

On Sunday 16 April, you’re welcome from noon for an Easter lunch, drinks or dinner. The Easter menu sounds incredible. One of the dishes is dab with Dutch asparagus, lobster and green herbs. Forget those Easter eggs—we’ll be right here.

PRESSROOM
At PRESSROOM, the restaurant in the INK hotel, you can have a 3-, 4- or 5-course lunch or dinner over Easter. Prepare for tender quail with Jerusalem artichoke and poultry jus, followed by a Golden Egg with mango and coconut for dessert. Besides enjoying delicious food, you can also search for Easter eggs here without shame (even if you’re over 10). On Easter Sunday, golden eggs with letters are hidden throughout the hotel. Find the letters I, N and K and you’ll win dinner at PRESSROOM.

BAUT
On Easter Sunday, BAUT Paradijs serves a classic brunch. Think eggs, salmon and hollandaise. Two courses cost €21.50, and for €27.50 you can enjoy three dishes.
