Almost open: Hula Hula
After the Chinese Chin Chin Club, owner Oscar Steginga will open a new Hawaiian-inspired venue in Amsterdam at the beginning of May: Hula Hula.
At Hula Hula, you’ll soon feel completely immersed in the Hawaiian atmosphere. You’ll be able to enjoy the ever-popular poke bowl, tropical cocktails such as mai tai and piña colada, and—just like at the Chin Chin Club—you can dance until the early hours.
Intimate and cheerful
According to owner Oscar, Hula Hula will be much more intimate than the Chin Chin Club. The premises are considerably smaller. They are currently still busy renovating the place—nightclub Korsakoff was previously located here—and transforming it into a tropical paradise, complete with a tiki bar.
The venue will be open in the evenings seven days a week for dinner; later in the evening, the chairs and tables will be moved aside so people can dance.
Hula Hula will open its doors at the beginning of May at Lijnbaansgracht 161A in Amsterdam.
