Anthony Bourdain on the big screen
On television, Anthony Bourdain was already our favorite person to watch. Soon we will also be able to admire him on the big screen, in a film about food waste.

In the film Wasted!: The Story of Food Waste, alongside Bourdain, renowned chefs such as Massimo Bottura, Dan Barber and Mario Batali discuss food waste and its consequences. Bourdain does not call himself an activist, but he worked in professional kitchens for a long time. ‘Use everything, waste nothing’ is something he learned there and still values greatly.

The film will be shown at various film festivals from October 13. And hopefully in Dutch cinemas very soon as well. Watch the trailer here in the meantime.
