Best news of the day: you can now buy the pasta dishes from Italian restaurant Toscanini
What great news! Restaurant Toscanini, one of our favorite Italian restaurants, has teamed up with Crisp, the grocery app for incredibly fresh food. Starting today, December 2, you can easily bring Toscanini’s wonderful pasta dishes home.
Italian restaurant Toscanini has been a household name in Amsterdam and far beyond since 1985. Getting a table is therefore no easy feat. Still want to dine at Toscanini? You can now simply do so in your own home!
Chef Leonardo Pacenti’s signature dishes are the pasta dishes, praised for their authentic simplicity. Leonardo’s motto: “You don’t need much at all for a flavorful pasta dish, but of course you do need to know what you’re doing.” And at Toscanini, they know that better than anyone. As fans, we have already shared a few of these wonderful pasta dishes. Such as the recipe for tagliolini with black truffle, Toscanini’s spaghetti cacio e pepe and the delicious pasta with almond pesto.
Dine at Toscanini at home
The pasta Toscanini has made for Crisp is handmade ravioli with brasato al barolo (beef stew). You can prepare the pasta in five minutes. Or how about fresh gnocchi with a vegetarian filling of porcini and white truffle… My mouth is already watering just thinking about it! Dessert is homemade cantuccini with anise or chocolate, also straight from Pacenti’s kitchen. This way, you can enjoy an evening at Toscanini at home. And even better: delivered throughout the Netherlands.
