Bready hangs fresh bread on your door every day

There’s only one thing that beats the smell of freshly baked bread at home: the taste of crackling-fresh bread in your mouth. Of course, you could go to the bakery every morning, but why would you? It can simply be delivered to your door.

At delivery service Bready, you order your bread for the next day before midnight. From half a white loaf to luxurious sugar bread and from unsliced hearth bread to cheese croissants; just like at the “regular” bakery, they have something for everyone.

While you’re off in dreamland, Bready bakes your order. It’s delivered before 7:00 a.m. and – now for the best part of all – they don’t ring the doorbell, but hang your bread on the door. That way, you can turn over five more times without running out of time.

Now you’re probably thinking: but won’t my bread get soaked if it rains? Or worse: won’t it get stolen? If we can believe the bread delivery drivers, the special hanging system makes it crystal clear that the bread is meant for you, and we should simply be able to trust one another. A kind of modern milkman, then. And the rain? They have special ‘raincoats’ for that.

For now, the delivery service is only available in Haarlem and the surrounding area (check here to see if they deliver to you), so let’s hope they expand to the rest of the country soon.
