Bubble Tea and Pancakes at Mr. Stacks

Amsterdam’s De Pijp neighborhood has gained another trendy concept restaurant. From now on, you can visit Mr. Stacks for bubble tea and lots of pancakes.

Bubble tea, you love it or you hate it. I belong to the first category. Delicious sweetened tea with milk and chewy tapioca pearls, which startle you a little every time they suddenly pop through the straw. That chewy texture is something many people dislike, but I can’t get enough of it. Do you know exactly what I mean? Then you need to get to Mr. Stacks very soon.

The new restaurant on Govert Flinckstraat specializes in bubble tea, as well as (vegan) pancakes. The menu includes vegan protein chocolate pancakes, topped with dark chocolate sauce. Getting your protein in while enjoying your chocolate—what more could anyone want? The carnivores have also been taken into consideration: among other things, the menu features a stack of pancakes with barbecue chicken and beef bacon.

The breakfast and lunch restaurant has been open for business since last weekend, every day from 09:00 to 17:00.
