Peanut butter and caramel sea salt come together in this amazing cookie. The recipe makes twenty cookies, and they’re so delicious that you might be able to eat them all by yourself.

For these cookies, you’ll need Mister Kitchen’s caramel sea salt-flavored peanut butter from Mister Kitchen. But that’s no problem, because you’ll want to spread it on everything anyway (buy it here).

Method

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Combine the butter, peanut butter and sugar in a bowl and beat until light and fluffy using a hand mixer. Add the eggs one at a time while stirring, followed by the flour and baking powder. Mix everything until a cohesive dough forms. Place the dough in the freezer for 20 minutes.

Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper. Remove the dough from the freezer and use an ice cream scoop to place nice balls of dough on the parchment paper. Leave 5 cm between the cookies. Sprinkle the dough with coarse sea salt and chopped peanuts. Bake the cookies for 12–15 minutes, until the edges begin to turn brown.
