For some people, Easter is the highlight of the year for having breakfast, brunch and a cosy dinner together at home. That is why Albert Heijn is introducing more than 300 AH Excellent products for the festive season this year. Including AH Excellent Easter tartlets. But be warned: the supermarket is now recalling these from its stores.

Allergens not listed

In some cases, AH Easter cakes containing the allergens almond and pistachio are present in the packaging, but these are not listed on the label. This concerns AH Excellent Easter tartlets with an expiry date of 07-04-2022.

Customers with an allergy to pistachio and/or almond are urgently advised not to eat the product, but to return it to an Albert Heijn store. Upon returning the product, you will receive a refund of the purchase price.

For more information, you can contact Albert Heijn customer service. If you bought the product online, you can fill in this complaints form.
