Chefs (R)Evolution 2018

It’s almost time: on 9 and 10 September, it’s time once again for Chefs (R)Evolution in Zwolle. During this international culinary festival, Jonnie and Thérèse Boer of restaurant De Librije*** will introduce you to culinary masterpieces that will leave you speechless.

A list full of stars

Jonnie and Thérèse will give one of the cooking demonstrations themselves, but international chefs such as Oliver Peña (Enigma, Albert Adrià’s innovative restaurant in Barcelona) and Paul Pairet (Ultraviolet*** in Shanghai) will also be there. Are they your idols? Then you have no excuse not to come by. The chefs, along with many more great names, will also be giving cooking demonstrations. You don’t get that opportunity every day.

BOERenmarkt XL (FARMers market)

At the BOERenmarkt XL, you’ll meet the (wine) farmers Jonnie and Thérèse source their wine and other products from. There will also be cooking at the market, by province, using the best local products. And of course, you can enjoy a matching wine everywhere.

Cooking competition

All those great chefs together, but who is the best? We’ll find out in a real cooking competition. And a fun one, too. Using a map, the chefs must gather their own ingredients and cook with them for a jury. We definitely want to see that.
