Chic fries at the new Par Hasard

Par Hasard friet

Par Hasard has opened a second quality friterie in Amsterdam. This means you can enjoy authentic Belgian fry classics in two corners of the city—the first location is on Ceintuurbaan.

From fish and chips to zuurvlees with your fries, both are simply on the menu at Par Hasard. You can eat at the café, but also order takeaway or even have it delivered to your home.

Don’t expect a snack bar; among other things, the restaurant has developed its own house wines to pair with its hearty dishes, and you can order champagne with your fries.

Interior
The look of the new establishment is striking; inside, the friterie looks like Limburg looks from the outside. For example, the floor is made of paving stones. This was conceived and carried out by Maastricht native owner Xander Hasaart together with fellow Maastricht native and artist Guy Oliver.
