Chocolate marshmallow crumble cake

Chocolate crumble cake? Yes please. This one from the book Crumble Cake is a sort of brownie meets crumble cake and we love it.

Method
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. For the crumble, use your fingertips to mix the cold butter, 100 grams of flour, 30 grams of cocoa and the brown sugar into a crumbly dough. Keep this in the refrigerator.
For the cake, mix the sugar and the lightly salted soft butter until pale and creamy. Add the eggs one at a time and mix well after each addition. Mix 170 grams of flour with 40 grams of cocoa and the baking powder, and fold this into the butter mixture. Add the crème fraîche
and mix everything into a smooth batter.
Line the baking tin (square, 20 by 20 centimetres) with baking paper and pour in the cake batter.
Divide the marshmallows over it and sprinkle the crumble dough on top. Bake the crumble cake for 1 hour. Let it cool slightly, remove it from the
tin and cut into 5-by-5-centimetre squares.
