Cocktail recipe: Tia Mint Americano

This Tia Mint Americano is summery thanks to the mint, but it also contains a generous splash of espresso. If this doesn’t manage to keep you awake on warm evenings, we don’t know what will.

Method

Place all the ingredients, except the sparkling water, in a shaker filled with ice. Shake hard – for about 10 seconds. Pour and strain into a highball glass filled with ice. Top with soda water, give it a ‘gentle stir’ and garnish with a mint sprig.
