Culinary enjoyment at Chefs (R)Evolution

The programme for Chefs (R)Evolution on 9 and 10 September has been announced. During this biennial international culinary festival, Jonnie and Thérèse Boer make culinary enjoyment accessible to a broad audience. You can attend cooking demonstrations and learn more about local products and good wine.

Jonnie and Thérèse themselves will give some of the cooking demonstrations, but foreign chefs such as Jordi Roca (El Celler de Can Roca*** in Spain) and Paul Pairet (Ultraviolet*** in Shanghai) will also be stopping by. There is also the BOERenmarkt XL, where you can meet the (wine) farmers who supply Jonnie and Thérèse. One restaurant from each province will cook with local ingredients and matching wines.
On a treasure hunt for ingredients
Chefs can sign up for amusing cooking competitions, such as the Hill Billy Contest. Participants receive a map on which Jonnie has marked various locations. Once they have found the ingredients at these locations, they must use them to cook for a jury. If you want to learn more about wine, you can visit the Wine & Food Palace and attend various wine workshops.
A day ticket costs €55, while a ticket for both days costs €95. Visit the website for more information and tickets.
