Aging Cognac Through Sound

At the Copper & Kings distillery in Kentucky, cognac is aged in cognac barrels. That’s perfectly normal, but subwoofers are scattered throughout the space. The cognac is aged to music using the ‘sonic aging’ method. The vibrations from the bass continuously circulate the liquid in the barrels, creating more contact with the oak barrels. And according to the makers, that produces delicious cognac.

Google wants to organize the whole world.”
