Delicious Food at a Festival

Fortunately, festival organizers are increasingly thinking about their food line-up. All well and good, Beyoncé on stage, but where do you buy the best food at this glorified campground?! A perfectly normal question as far as we’re concerned.

Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival is a festival held in Indio, a city in California. Twice a year, on the second and third weekends of April, hundreds of thousands of visitors come here to dance, drink and eat. And there’s always an impressive food line-up.

Tacos

At Coachella this year, you’ll find, among other things, Danny Trejo’s immensely popular Trejo’s Tacos. The actor has set up a fantastic taco chain in the States. The taco with fried chicken is reportedly fantastic.

Photogenic waffles

Sweet Comforts sells waffles on a stick at the mega festival. The waffles come with various toppings (how about a waffle with Oreo?) and look stunning.

Raclette meets potato croquettes
Crispy potato croquettes topped with lots of melted cheese . This can only be incredibly delicious. Unfortunately, they are only available to regular visitors in the VIP area.

Peruvian Burritos

Something else to look forward to: these burritos from Mamacita. Filled with quinoa and brown rice, sambal, avocado, skirt steak and a fried egg.
