Divinely delicious: how to make Baileys tiramisu

Is there any chance we’ll ever get enough of tiramisu? Probably not. Because if I could choose my last supper, it would be a dish or 3 of the most delicious Italian dessert of all time. Especially when it’s this version, in which the ladyfingers are dipped in our favorite Baileys liqueur.

How to make Baileys tiramisu
- For the syrup, mix the espresso, Baileys and powdered sugar until the powdered sugar has dissolved completely.
- For the tiramisu, whisk the egg yolks, eggs and powdered sugar until frothy. Add the mascarpone and Baileys and stir everything into a smooth mixture.
- Line an oven dish (approx. 10 x 15 cm) with half of the ladyfingers and pour half of the syrup over them.
- Then spread half of the mascarpone cream over them and cover with the remaining ladyfingers. Repeat these steps for a second layer.
- Cover the tiramisu and let it chill in the refrigerator for about 3 hours. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and serve.
