Dream job! Drink wine and get paid for it!

Yes, you read that right: apparently, you can turn your hobby into your job! Well, sort of. Because if you love a good glass of wine and want to earn some hard, cold cash from it, I have good news for you! You might just be the new Rueda Winefluencer, and that could earn you thousands of euros. Cheers and ka-ching!

Sometimes opportunities come along that you simply can’t pass up. And yes, this is one of them. The Spanish wine region of Rueda is looking for the ultimate wine lover to represent the region on social media in 2021. As a Rueda Winefluencer, you’ll receive a winefluencer package (mmm, take three guesses what’s in it!), enjoy plenty of time in the spotlight and receive a sum of… you guessed it: €5,000!
Sounds good, tell me more!
Rueda is a large, expansive wine region in the Spanish hinterland. And when you say Rueda, you immediately say Verdejo [pronounced: berdego]. The wine made from the grape of the same name is synonymous with the region and incredibly popular. Makes sense if you ask me, because wines from Rueda are juicy and fruity, and packed with refreshing grapefruit. And that ‘citrussy’ juiciness is irresistible!
FavorFlav on the jury
Wine region Rueda challenges you from 1 to 15 December to share your love for Rueda wines on Instagram. The winner will be chosen by a professional jury, one of whose members is us, which will look at the quality of the content, your personal touch and, of course, the catchy captions. There is no limit to the number of posts you can publish—and in this case, less is more does not apply.
