Christmas holiday tip: the most photogenic Christmas market in the Netherlands is without a doubt the one at Museumplein. Right in front of the Rijksmuseum, you’ll find a fantastic ice-skating rink surrounded by all kinds of stalls filled with treats and fun gifts for the holiday season.
Thanks to the picture perfect location, you’ll find yourself in a classic Dutch scene by a great master at this market. The Christmas market starts on December 14 and ends on December 26.
