Easter Eggs: the ultimate test

The simple days of Easter eggs in white, milk, dark and the occasional praline flavour are long gone. The shelves are packed with the most bizarre flavours, which can sometimes make it difficult to choose. That’s why we test them all for you, one by one and with love. This way, you’ll always know which bag to reach for.

Together with Franska and Danique from Franska.nl, I tasted 23 Easter eggs. It sounds like a fun task, but by the halfway point you’re already feeling sick. Believe me. With flavours such as piña colada, coffee crisp, banana split and disco dip, there’s bound to be a dud in the mix. Of course, salted caramel can’t be left out, and what about HEMA’s tompouce egg? And most importantly: which egg comes out on top?
