Who are the movers and shakers in the world of food and drink in 2018? On Monday 19 November, the definitive Top 100 list will be announced during the celebratory FavorFlav Food Top 100 dinner at BAUT, in the presence of all nominees: a colourful mix of (star) chefs, food producers, restaurateurs, start-ups, food writers, food entrepreneurs, brand builders and other important players in the culinary scene.

The FavorFlav Food Top 100 is compiled by the editorial team and readers of FavorFlav based on just one criterion: What has this person contributed in 2018 to promoting and enriching food culture and food awareness in the Netherlands?
