FavorFlav launches Top 100 Food Influencers List 2016
Tonight is the night: it will be announced who the 100 tastemakers, shakers and movers in the world of food and drink are. Curious to find out who number one is?
Who are the leading tastemakers in the world of food & drink in 2016? What have they contributed to good and delicious food & drink in the Netherlands over the past year? Who are the most important innovators and gastronomic trendsetters? The online food magazine FavorFlav.com, launched last year, will celebrate its first anniversary in November with the launch of FavorFlav’s ‘Top 100 Food Influencers List 2016’.
Top 100
The list was compiled by the editors and readers of FavorFlav.com and consists of a colourful mix of chefs, food producers, food entrepreneurs, restaurateurs, food writers, brand builders, food creatives, food start-ups, etc. Established names and promising ‘rising stars’ side by side. The most important criterion: what has this person contributed to delicious and good food in the Netherlands – in keeping with FavorFlav.com’s mission.
Top 100 Food Influencers Dinner
The list will be revealed on Monday, 21 November, during the ‘Top 100 Food Influencers Dinner 2016’ in the presence of all the candidates who made the list. The location: restaurant Baut & Dreesmann, in the former V&D building on the Rokin in Amsterdam. Chef Michiel van der Eerde (Baut and restaurant C) will prepare an exclusive dinner together with several guest chefs who are featured on the Top 100 list.
