Crispy chilli in oil
Some people can spoon their way through an entire jar of peanut butter. That’s what we do with crispy chilli flakes in oil. By the way, this Chinese flavor enhancer with fermented soybeans is also delicious on peanut butter itself. Hot, though. Because the flakes already score pretty high on the Scoville scale, and to push the pain threshold even further, they contain red Sichuan peppercorns. You have been warned.
