FEBO and Unox’s love baby: the rooket

Next Saturday, the love baby of FEBO and Unox will appear: the rooket. A smoked sausage and croquette in one—this couldn’t be more Dutch.

The rooket of course has that crispy coating that makes croquettes so delicious. The creamy ragout in the middle is made from Unox smoked sausage.  Sounds good, right?

Earlier, FEBO proposed a collaboration to Hema by means of a video. Hema turned down the offer, because they weren’t ready yet to share their signature smoked sausage. Unox seized the opportunity with both hands to make their rooket dream a reality.

Starting Saturday, November 26, the rooket will be available at all FEBO locations, while supplies last. If it proves popular, it will return in January and February.
