Potato towers with ham and cheese
- Melt the butter and mix it with the potato slices, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, green herb powder and salt
- Grease a muffin tin with cooking spray and place 3 potato slices in each cavity
- Place a slice of ham and a tablespoon of cheese on top, followed by another 3 potato slices
- Place another slice of ham and a tablespoon of cheese on top, followed by another 3 potato slices (if all goes well, the stack of potatoes will be higher than the muffin tin).

- Pour the cream into the bowl in which the potatoes were mixed and combine it with the remaining spices.
- Top each tower with a generous spoonful of cream, loosely cover the muffin tin with aluminium foil (so that the foil does not touch the potatoes) and place it in an oven preheated to 190 °C
- After 40 minutes, check whether the potatoes are cooked, remove the foil, sprinkle with the remaining cheese and bake until golden brown
- Leave to stand for 5 minutes, carefully remove from the tin and leave to rest on kitchen paper for another 2 minutes.
