Free croquettes!

Today (October 9) is National Croquette Day, and to celebrate, Beckers is handing out free croquettes all day on Amsterdam’s Zuidas.

Between 11:00 and 19:00, you can satisfy your croquette craving with their latest product: the vegetarian croquette. This vegetarian croquette is part of the new vegetarian snack line Veggie, which launched in Dutch supermarkets last week. On Gustav Mahlerplein, there is a huge billboard featuring a croquette vending machine from which you can get free little croquettes all day. Delicious!

Vegetarians in particular will be thrilled, because life without a croquette isn’t a fun life. And are you disappointed because you usually go for the veal, beef, satay, or goulash croquette?
