At the Lekker zeg webshop, they sell ready-made Ottolenghi packages. From the ten SIMPLE ingredients (sumac, za’atar, Urfa chili flakes, ground cardamom seeds, pomegranate molasses, rose harissa, tahini, barberries, black garlic and preserved lemon) to a complete SWEET package, including a book, mini bundt tins, cooking chocolate, glucose syrup and rose water.
