We may find it a little too cat-themed, but Europe’s first Hello Kitty-themed pop-up café is open.

You do have to book a trip to London to enjoy the Hello Kitty Afternoon Tea. Once you arrive in the city, you can eat sandwiches, scones, apple pie and truffles, and drink pink lemonade or tea. And everything is, of course, shaped like the most famous cat in the world.

Cafés in Urk violate smoking ban

People continue to smoke freely in the cafés in Urk, despite the smoking ban in effect. Last year, just as in 2014, Urk’s hospitality entrepreneurs were fined most often for violating the smoking ban. This is apparent from figures released by the Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority. Urk is also the municipality where the most inspections have been carried out.

There are trendy coffee shops, and then there are hipster coffee shops that serve coffee that makes you think: what the f*ck. In Melbourne, you can now order deconstructed coffee and receive milk, water and coffee in three different glasses. It is up to you to perform the noble task of mixing everything together.
