Cumali Adıgüzel, better known as Knife Man, can swing knives at a bizarre speed. Instagram videos in which he showcases his impressive skills get hundreds of likes.

Cumali works in a steak restaurant in Quatar. Order meat there, and he’ll happily slice it for you. He puts on a spectacular show while doing it himself—what more could you want?

Although footage of his tricks had already been appearing on Instagram for over a year, Knife Man was only truly discovered recently. A video in which he produces two large knives, expertly whirls them around and then smoothly moves them through a tender piece of meat went completely viral. Could Knife Man, like Salt Bae, for example, become a new meme? Some people think so.
