Instahype of the day: giving your dog a bread mask
That animals do well on the internet is obvious. That animals combined with food do well is no secret either. So yes, the Instagram challenge of giving your loyal four-legged friend a crumbly mask could hardly do anything other than go viral.

Who started it and why? I have no clue. But that it’s popular is certain. All over the world, owners have put a slice of bread on their furry housemates’ heads. Whether the dogs were as happy about it, we’ll never know. But the fact that they sat nicely for the photo and that this—admittedly—produces some hilarious scenes is clear. Only the cat at the bottom sees things differently.
