Bucket-list restaurants

All his restaurants are bucket-list-worthy: if you visit all the l’Atelier de Joël Robuchon restaurants in Tokyo, Paris, Las Vegas, London, Hong Kong and Taipei, you’ll have a world tour under your belt.

Playing with fire

For those who don’t know him: Joël is the only man in the world whom chef Gordon Ramsay is apparently afraid of. In fact, Ramsay once had a plate of shrimp ravioli thrown at his head because Robuchon thought he had an attitude in the kitchen. For that reason alone, we will always love Joël.
