Luxury Seven-Course Ice Cream Dinner

Owner of Utrecht ice cream shop Roberto Gelato is organizing a luxury seven-course ice cream dinner together with the owner of C’est Ça.

During a two-day pop-up restaurant at Tivoli on the Oudegracht in Utrecht, you can eat ice cream in seven courses on June 17 and 18. The two organizers have been experimenting with different flavor combinations for months. In the menu, one of the ingredients in each dish is replaced with ice cream.
Tickets are only available in advance via restaurant C’est Ça.

The search for a suitable location in Barcelona had already begun at that time.
