Meat Heaven in Eindhoven
A fan of the Big Green Egg, but don’t have enough money to buy one of these beauties yourself? Reserve a table at The Roast Club in Eindhoven, where they serve the best food cooked on your favorite barbecue.
The restaurant has been open since November last year and has been almost full every evening ever since. No wonder, because besides the delicious food, the atmosphere is casual and relaxed. Want to linger over dinner? That’s absolutely fine. The Roast Club doesn’t close its doors until 02:00.
As you would probably expect from a restaurant focused on dishes from the Big Green Egg, the emphasis is on meat. You can eat flank steak and short rib there, and there’s a weekly changing prime cut available to order. Prefer fish or vegetarian food? You’re in luck then too. How about oysters, sea bass ceviche or a roasted aubergine?
With all that food, you naturally want a good glass of wine. That’s taken care of down to the last detail too. You can order beautiful, bold wines with striking labels. You can even choose your own bottle from the large wine climate cabinet. Plenty of reason to keep drinking and stay until closing time. Cheers!
