Momofuku food on the plane

As much fun as going on vacation is, we often don’t look forward to the food on the plane. But now that the American airline JetBlue is offering Momofuku sweets, we can’t wait to book a ticket.

The airline has teamed up with Milk Bar, the sweet side of David Chang’s Momofuku empire. Milk Bar was founded by David and pastry genius Cristina Tosi. Instagram has been filled with their products for years, such as cereal milk ice cream and crack pie.

Everything in one cookie

On the planes, the focus will be on cookies. We have been curious about the Compost Cookie® for a very long time, in which the craziest combination of ingredients is thrown together. Think: chocolate chips, pretzels, plain potato chips, coffee, oatmeal, graham crackers, butterscotch—all in that one cookie.

If you’re in the mood for a slightly more understated variety, go for the Cornflake Chocolate Chip Marshmellow. Something to celebrate? Confetti Cookie is packed with colorful sprinkles, cake crumbs, and vanilla.

Snack package

Passengers on red-eye flights receive a Milk Bar snack package before the flight, containing a bagel with bacon and chive cream cheese and a green juice.

All these delicious treats are only available to people flying Mint, JetBlue’s premium program. JetBlue also unfortunately only operates domestic flights within the US. But if you happen to need one of those, you’ll know which airline to book with.
