New chef for Bridges, inspired by Ron Blaauw

Andrès Delpeut will become the Executive Chef of Bridges, inspired by Ron Blaauw, as of 1 August. Bridges is the Michelin-starred restaurant of Sofitel Legend The Grand Amsterdam.

Delpeut, a protégé of Ron Blaauw, will continue to develop the Bridges concept together with his new team. The chef previously worked at Restaurant Anna and Brasserie Harkema in Amsterdam, and in 2000 he received his first Michelin star with Restaurant De Roggebot.
