New HEMA food concept

We’re fans of HEMA. Not only for a new bicycle light, birthday card or (all right) socks, but of course also for its fantastic range of food & drink. Good news for all foodies: from 21 September onwards, you can satisfy your culinary cravings even more with the new food concept.

On that date, a new food concept will be launched in Tilburg: LEKKER HEMA. We’re seeing it happen more and more this year: department stores going all out with an expanded food department full of delicious treats. Buy some new things and then enjoy really good food at a pleasant price, either on the spot or to take home. A development that we at FavorFlav wholeheartedly welcome.

At HEMA, you could already get the iconic tompouce, smoked sausage and HEMA cakes, and of course they have offered an extensive selection of excellent wines for years, which consistently perform very well in the various wine-buying guides. But LEKKER HEMA takes things a step further.

Easy does it

Wandering around the market for hours and visiting all your delicatessen shops can be wonderful when you have the time and the sun is shining. But there are plenty of days when you have absolutely no time or desire to figure out what you want to eat, let alone do the shopping and cook.

Enjoy

That’s where LEKKER HEMA comes in. It will take all the searching, planning and work off your hands with varied and healthy meals. The keyword is, of course, delicious, because food is meant to be enjoyed. And on days when you want to give in to your cravings, you can choose, for example, fries with all kinds of delicious toppings and warm stroopwafels.
