At Salsa Shop in Amsterdam, you can enjoy fresh Mexican fast food. All the food is displayed behind the counter, and as soon as it’s your turn, the big decision-making begins. Will you go for a burrito, burrito bowl, salad or tacos? Next, you can choose from various types of meat or vegetables. Our favorite is barbacoa: spicy braised pulled beef.

Toppings
It’s topped with pico de gallo, corn, cheese and a generous dollop of sour cream. For a small additional charge, you get a generous serving of guacamole. Then you can choose from six fresh salsas, some of which are very spicy.
