When you think of a burrito, you might picture a greasy, cheese-laden meal that you only really crave when you have a massive hangover. At Tomatillo in Amsterdam, you can enjoy Tex-Mex food that, besides being more than filling, also tastes fresh and vibrant.

I usually go for a burrito, but they also have fajitas, tostadas, tacos and quesadillas. Homemade salsas, crunchy romaine lettuce and slow-cooked meat or tempeh. The favorite is the burrito with steak and spicy pineapple salsa, but honestly, everything is delicious.

They also make their own refreshing lemonades, and for dessert you can order a homemade happiness cookie. Everything has been thought of. There are a few seats where you can sit, but in our opinion, ordering in is the ultimate option.
