Pop-up at Hofhouse

As of today, food court Hofhouse in The Hague is home to two new pop-up restaurants. At Madame Gao, you can enjoy dishes from East and West. Boogie Street Food serves Singapore-style food.

Hofhouse is a food hall where you can indulge your foodie heart from breakfast through drinks and dinner. There are currently six stands, and the two new pop-up concepts are now joining them.

Boogie Street Food serves food from Singapore with a modern twist. This cuisine is characterised by dishes from various Asian countries. Think laksa, duck pancakes with hoisin and lemongrass satay, for example. Owner Marcel grew up in Singapore himself, so he personally makes sure that all the authentic flavours are brought to life. Naturally, with a personal, modern twist.

From East to West

At Madame Gao, East and West come together. Here, you can enjoy fusion dishes such as sushi and poké bowls. In short: light, fresh and popular dishes. Something you are almost always in the mood for. You can settle down in the food court, but Madame Gao also offers takeaway. Ideal for lunch at work or at home on the sofa.
