How to make tiramisu in ten minutes
- Whip the heavy cream with a mixer until it is almost stiff. Add the mascarpone and powdered sugar and mix for another five minutes until smooth.
- If you want an Amaretto version, first mix the coffee with the tablespoon of liqueur. Briefly dip the ladyfingers in the coffee and place them on the bottom of the dish or container in which you want to serve the tiramisu.
- Spoon the creamy mascarpone mixture on top of the ladyfingers and repeat this as often as you like. Make sure you finish with a layer of mascarpone and sprinkle it with cocoa.
