Recipe: idiotically easy coffee mousse

Unbelievably easy, this quick little dessert—and no judgment if you simply use it to satisfy your caffeine craving at ten o’clock in the morning…

What a marvellous product instant coffee is. Drinking it? No, I’m not going there, but you can make some fun things with it! This quick mousse, for example, which will cost you no more than a few spoonfuls of the stuff, some scoops of sugar, a little water and a few minutes of your time.

How to make the quick coffee mousse

• Mix the instant coffee with the sugar and water until smooth, thick and even.
• Spoon into glasses, sprinkle with a little cocoa if desired and serve immediately.
