Robèrt van Beckhoven opens ice cream pop-up in Oisterwijk
Master Pastry Chef and Master Baker Robèrt van Beckhoven, known from Heel Holland Bakt, is opening an ice cream pop-up. You can buy this wonderfully delicious dairy, sorbet and soft serve ice cream in Oisterwijk from Saturday, June 29.
This summer, Robèrt van Beckhoven is launching a pop-up ice cream shop at his bakery in Oisterwijk. Would you like to see the Master himself at work? On Sunday, June 30, Robèrt will be there in person from 1:00 to 3:00 p.m. to celebrate the opening weekend and serve ice cream.
Artisanal ice cream of the highest quality
Robèrt van Beckhoven is known for his passion for artisanal craftsmanship, and the same applies to his ice cream. Over the past few months, he has experimented and tasted extensively to create the ultimate flavor experience. “I can’t wait to introduce people to ice cream at pastry-shop level!” says an enthusiastic Robèrt.
Specialty: filled bolus
At the pop-up ice cream shop, it’s difficult for ice cream lovers to choose, because there are eight flavors of dairy and sorbet ice cream. A selection includes raspberry, yogurt, hazelnut and chocolate. We’re definitely going for Robèrt’s unique creation: a bolus filled with real pastry-chef soft serve.

From Saturday, June 29, Robèrt’s ice cream pop-up will be open every Friday through Sunday from 1:00 to 8:00 p.m. This makes it the perfect stop during a visit to Oisterwijk. The pop-up is conveniently located next to Robèrt’s bakery, within walking distance of the town center and station, alongside a cycle path and with plenty of free parking nearby.
