ROTZOOI fermentation festival in Amsterdam
Meneer Wateetons and Christian Weij, two fermentation gurus, are organizing the ROTZOOI fermentation festival at Mediamatic in Amsterdam.
During the festival, you can of course eat and drink, but the focus is on demonstrations, lectures and workshops about fermentation (you can find more information about the workshops here).
